3D CAD and modelling

Using industry-leading SolidWorks software, our skilled design team can create highly detailed 3D models and engineering drawings, ensuring your concepts are accurately translated into manufacturable components. We can work directly from your STEP or DXF files, integrating them seamlessly into our workflow for efficient production.

If you do not have the capability to produce DXF or STEP files, there’s no need to worry. Simply provide us with a hand-drawn dimensioned sketch and our team will collaborate with you to create a precise CAD model for your approval, which we will then use to manufacture your components to exact specifications.

Once your designs are imported, we utilise our laser nesting software to optimise material usage and reduce waste, maximising efficiency for every project. From there, components are accurately cut, bent and folded through our CAM CNC-controlled machinery, ensuring every piece meets exact specifications with exceptional precision.
